Return Policy
Product Return Policy
American Stock™ DVDs, collectible DVD sets and CDs can be returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment for a full refund (excluding any and all shipping and handling costs). All items must be unopened and still in their original plastic wrap and must be accompanied by the original invoice (or a copy thereof).
All other American Stock™ products can be returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment for a full refund (excluding any and all shipping and handling costs). All items must be in new condition with original packaging intact and must be accompanied by the original invoice (or a copy thereof).

Defective or Damaged Product
Defective or damaged products will be replaced at no charge, provided they are returned within 30 days of purchase and are accompanied by the original invoice (or a copy thereof). Cash returns are not offered, however a replacement item will be shipped to you at our expense. Please contact us at 1-800-956-7694 (8am - 5 pm PST) or customerservice@americanstock.us and we will issue a return authorization number (RA#) and advise how to handle the return.
